CHROME PLATING
The industrial chrome plating department at CGI can O.D. plate hydraulic cylinders up to 18” in diameter and 30’ in length. With precision center-less grinding and flawless procedure, the life of a cylinder is significantly extended. Hard chrome creates a smooth surface for easy cleaning and increases surface durability, adding wear corrosion and heat resistance. Hard chrome can also completely restore a surface, reduce friction and increase lubricity and oil retention.
